1 tsp. active dry yeast
3/4 C. sourdough starter
1/4 C. milk; or water
2 Tbsp. tomato paste
1 Tbsp. cooking oil
2 C. bread flour; or all-purpose
1/2 C. Mozzarella cheese; shredded
1/3 C. pepperoni sausage; finely chopped
2 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dried oregano; crushed
1 1/2 pound:
1 tsp. active dry yeast
1 1/4 C. sourdough starter
2 Tbsp. milk or water
3 Tbsp. tomato paste
1 Tbsp. cooking oil .
3 C. bread or all purpose flour
3/4 C. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/2 C. pepperoni, finely chopped
1 Tbsp. sugar
3/4 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. dried oregano, crushed (double for fresh) |
