1 lb. shrimp pieces
1 lb. crab (mock)
1 lb. chicken pieces, boned and
skinned
1 tomato, cubed
1 avocado, cubed
1 C. real butter
1 C. jack cheese, grated
Salt and pepper to taste |

Saute crab, shrimp and chicken in butter until cooked through. Add salt and pepper to taste. Place in shallow baking dish. Sprinkle top with avocados and tomatoes. Cover with jack cheese. Bake at 350 degrees until cheese is melted. |
