4 chicken breast, boned and skinned
2 C. bell pepper, chopped or slice
2 C. red pepper, chopped or sliced
2 green onions, sliced
2 tsp. curry, more-less, to taste
1/4 tsp. turmeric
4 red apple, cored-sliced
1 C. water |

Place in covered baking dish all of the ingredients. Cover tightly and cook in preheated oven at 350 for 35 to 45 minutes. |
