10 oz. pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1 lb. ground beef
1 pkg. Hamburger Helper mix for cheeseburger macaroni
2 3/4 C. water
3 oz. cream cheese, cut into cubes |

Heat oven to 375º. Rinse frozen broccoli under running cold water to separate; drain. Cook and stir ground beef in 10" skillet until brown; drain. Stir in broccoli, macaroni, sauce mix, water and cream cheese. Heat over medium heat, stirring constantly, until cream cheese is melted. Pour into ungreased 2-quart round casserole or rectangular baking dish, 12" x 7 1/2" x 2". Bake at 375º uncovered until hot and bubbly, about 30 minutes. 5 servings. |
